Great martini shaken perfectly with small chips of ice floating on top. Wedge salad was perfect for us both and delicious! The Chilean sea bass was perfect with fantastic texture and flavor. The wine our server chose was a great pairing. Broccolini was prepared just right. Finally, the beignets were spectacular!! Better than any I’ve had in New Orleans. Very very good. Thank you for a wonderful evening with friends. You did great tonight. Thank you.

Overall experience was great! The Filet Minion was super tender and delicious! The Mash potatoes were some of the best i’ve had!

What a wonderful dining experience. We were seated right away and greeted by your server who took appetizer and cocktail orders right away. Very attentive service and wonderfully tasty food. Try the Barrata appetizer and the margarita pizza. Guarantee you’ll love this place. 

Dining at Cafe Monarch is similar to enjoying a wonderful performance. It reminds me of restaurants in Europe, where the waitstaff take their career seriously and see you, as the dining guest, as special, not just a number to be herded through as quickly as possible. During our 3 hour dining experience, we enjoyed the 8 course menu, which was excellent. My companion had the vegetarian, while I had the standard menu. Both were excellent with us truly enjoying 7/8 dishes. The waitstaff are extremely attentive but not disruptive and make the whole experience enjoyable. While it is very expensive for 8 small courses, we both left satisfied. Given that it was a 3 hour experience, I would consider it more than just "dinner" and just that, an experience. I will return again
