Amazing vibes, feels like you’re in the 1920s. There was live music, a pianist and singer who were great. Our server went above and beyond and was such a delight the whole evening. My experience at the keg was truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! My partner and I recently got engaged, and we decided to celebrate with a special dinner on Valentine’s Day and I’m so glad we chose this place. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food and everything from the appetizers to the main course was incredible. And the service was quick. This was such a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning to the keg on granville island for future special occasions.

Went for Valentine’s Day dinner 2025. The food and service were excellent. The warm olives (must have if you like olives) and homous were great appetizers and our mains,the vegan calamari dinner and vegan souvlaki dinner, were very good with a bottle of red. Lots of food! The ambiance was nice. We had a cozy table in the back and it was nice and warm in the restaurant on a cold night. The belly dancing was a fun surprise. Our server Spiri (sp?) was excellent. Would recommend.

I was treated like a queen!!! I had the most amazing birthday dinner yesterday at JOEY Restaurant Shipyards in North Vancouver! From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely exceptional—attentive, warm, and made me feel truly celebrated! The food was incredible, and the dessert they brought out was beyond delicious. But the real star of the night? The blueberry tea—it was phenomenal! Every sip was pure perfection. I felt like a queen the entire evening, and sharing it with my wonderful mama friends from North Van made it even more special. If you’re looking for a fantastic dining experience with outstanding food, drinks, and service, JOEY Shipyards is the place to go!

Excellent experience. Hostesses went out of their way to help us find a table that worked for our special circumstances. Waiter was very helpful, service was prompt and just the right level of friendliness. Food was very good.
