A lively bar at the Four Seasons. Service was excellent. The tap list was good. Food was OK but pricy for what you get. We had chicken wings (not crispy so they were a bit flabby), ravioli (enjoyed by my friend) and branzino (a bit dry and not accompanied by and vegetables so also a bit basic for the $51 price tag.)

Valentine's Day dinner at Milestones. Our server, Phillip, introduced us to the special holiday menu. We enjoyed the chicken skewers, coconut shrimp, seafood risotto, sirloin, carrot cake and white chocolate cheesecake. All very delicious. Phillip was outstanding. Very attentive to our needs and as timely as could be based on readiness of the plates from the kitchen. We did notice that tables around us remained uncleared for a longer period of time than I would have expected. Otherwise, a great Valentine's Day experience.

My 2 friends and I had a fabulous dinner at The Chalet! We shared the pear and goat cheese salad and the excellent onion soup. We moved on to the surf and turf Chinoise, which had excellent beef, shrimp, and Steelhead! The various dipping sauces were great. Best of all was the outstanding chocolate fondue. Not a drop of chocolate went to waste. Some Calvados after dinner complimented our dinner. Our waiter, Frazier, was amazingly personable and helpful. The room was beautiful, and our view of the outdoor fireplace set the perfect mood for dinner. The Chalet offered the best dining experience during our stay in Whistler. It should not be missed!

Lovely quality restaurant. Not in the main village but worth a visit if you want a genuine upscale experience.

We were looking for a nice quiet spot on Superbowl Sunday, with no TVs. The Grill was perfect. Nice unobtrusive background music accompanied great service.
