The Tower Bar Restaurant has split views of the city from either side of the lobby. It offers a swank lounge, bar and an al fresco dining experience. Custom made banquettes line the windows that showcase an unparalleled view of the Los Angeles skyline. Art deco design influences include walnut with gold inlay trim in a subtle, muted color scheme. The delectable menu features California Bistro with Italian fare. A dress code is enforced, please call for information.We are now open daily for breakfast and lunch. Food and ambiance at M&F outstanding as ever. (I do wish they'd heat the bread, tho.) But this trip they outdid themselves in service. My dear companion now uses a cane and walks quite slowly. The valet noticed and actually drove him around to the front door where I met them having come down the stairs and secured our reservation. On leaving a member of wait staff lead him out a side door to the curb while I brought the car around. They made the night of my dear's birthday even more wonderful than just the dinner. This is old style service, above and beyond. Three cheers for Musso & Franks.

The food was phenomenal. The server was terrific. Unfortunately, fine dining is expensive and you can get similar quality food (perhaps a slight notch less) at half the price at other places.
