The noise level was loud & night club ish . We asked if they could turn it down a bit - they did & play soft jazz perhaps, more in keeping with the speak easy vibe. The waitress was great but I had talked to the manager beforehand that my dining companion had early dementia & would probably require patience. However, the waitress spoke rapidly which was difficult for my friend to process. Better to go slower for elderly & those with dementia. Other than that it was great!

First time here for brunch and it was delightful. Our server was especially lovely and charming, tending to our needs but not overdoing it. He had just the right combination of being visible and helpful. The meal was delicious and the portion size was perfect. The rustic vibe of the restaurant was cozy for a cold and windy day, too. We look forward to heading back there soon!

Always great food at Open Road, no matter which location. Service at the Reston location was excellent and very attentive today.

We arrived around noon on a Football Sunday, before the restaurant had gotten too crowded. Our server, Allie, was attentive and bubbly. I ordered the egg sandwich (brunch) and it was incredibly tasty and filling. Drinks were great as well. I had the orange crush and it was very good. Only "complaint" was that the bench we sat on is in desperate need of replacing. The back was ripped with stuffing coming out and the seat itself has definitely seen better days. I'd recommend a table, instead. Overall, a great experience and we will return.

Liz was amazing and the salmon was great. The chicken sandwich was a little off, but still good. Loved the winter mocktails!
