Went to Joey’s for Valentine’s Day weekend and it was an overall pleasurable experience. Our food was delicious! We ordered the Joey Classic Steak and both of our steaks were cooked perfectly! Not only that, but they were served fast which was amazing given that it was a Saturday night. I only had two complaints. First, I’m not sure if the champagne up front is complimentary. I’ve seen some reviews saying that it is. Regardless, we were not offered any. Second, (this isn’t for the restaurant staff) I’m not sure why some parents think that Joey is an appropriate place to take their kids. Some kids were well behaved, but others were jumping all over the booth and getting their hand prints on the divider glass. It’s not an enjoyable experience watching a child almost topple over the customers in the booth behind us. Not every restaurant is meant for children, specifically toddlers, and I feel like Joey is one of them.

I trued the 10 course omakase by the bar. It's amazing! Everything tastes good. The nigiri are like real fish. They had one dish that is "ribeye" which is very juicy. I like the silken tofu, avocado crispy rice, tuna roll, and crispy eggplant the most. The desert is a perfect ending. It seems like they make all the food in house. I don't know how they make it but definitely admire their creativity. Sake and Pinot noir is fantastic if you drink alcohol.

Great experience, very patient and positive staff, always helpful and attending, great quality of every dish and ambience, really top class dining experience overall. Highly recommend for occasion and casual
