Penelope's, part of the AMANO Group, is redefining London’s dining and nightlife scene. In 2024, Penelope’s won Best Luxury Restaurant at the British Food Awards, a testament to its culinary excellence. Executive Chef Fez Ozalgan curates a menu that merges Middle Eastern and Spanish flavors, using the finest ingredients. The restaurant’s ambiance is equally compelling, with mirrored ceilings, plush seating, and dramatic lighting. The experience is further enhanced by the open kitchen, offering diners a front-row view of the culinary artistry. Named after founder Ariel Schiff’s daughter, the restaurant is a heartfelt tribute to the vibrant cultures of Spain and Tel Aviv. Schiff describes Penelope’s as "truly a matter of the heart," a place where the exuberance of Berlin meets the sophistication of London. On weekends, Penelope’s transforms into a lively party scene, featuring London DJs and the legendary Isramani dinner party, imported from Berlin.

A few short steps from the British Museum, The Blue Door Bistro provides a welcoming and informal bistro-style setting. Light and airy at lunchtime, warm and cosy by evening, the room is decorated on three sides with a panoramic view of London circa 1849. Together with the rich mahogany panelled walls, effective use of mirrored glass, and contemporary wrought iron wall lights, an ambience rooted in the hotel’s location is beautifully achieved. Executive chef, Martin Halls, blends seasonal ingredients and herbs from our garden with classical techniques to create seasonal British menus. Our cuisine is commended with an AA rosette and accredited by the Sustainable Restaurant Association (2 stars). In all of our products, we only use free-range eggs and are committed to sustainable fisheries for our fish supplies. Our team are trained to ensure that your specific dietary requirements are catered for at all times.

The name Giotto is of Italian origin meaning “pledge of peace”. This appealing Italian name is also associated with the great Florentine painter and architect Giotto di Bondone, a major force in the Italian Renaissance. The menu is a melting pot of classical Italian cooking: from delicious antipasti, to stone baked pizza and freshly made pasta produced by our passionate kitchen team, whom have over 15 years’ of experience. Good food, needs quality wine, that’s why our dedicated staff travel to Italy on a regular basis to visit winery and to learn more on how they are produced and sourced.
