Since the Romans left, the Italians have been operating a policy of conquering the world's palate, plate by plate, and traditionally-run family restaurants like Cotto are their failsafe. We were served quickly and efficiently. The food was great value off the set 2 course menu and was really tasty. The only downside for me was that it was very noisy. The music was loud, and we were seated very close to other diners where we couldn't help but hear their conversations as they would have done ours.
