Sungchul Shim, formerly of Per Se and most recently Neta, opens his first solo project Kochi in Hell’s KitchenKOCHI - Korean for ‘skewer’- a tasting menu of skewered dishes as well as menu items inspired by traditional Korean cuisine that’s built around seasonality and balance. We are proud to present this menu as an homage to traditional Korean flavors elevated by the hand of gastronomic technique. Went to celebrate a birthday. I love the whole vibe of the restaurant. All our cocktails were delicious. We ordered a few appetizers, including the flatbread, which were amazing. All our entrées were delicious. The service was terrific. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful and never did we feel rushed? I would highly recommend, this restaurant to anyone

Service was incredible and every dish was on point. We couldn’t stop raving about the butternut squash ravioli. Took a gamble on this restaurant for my friend’s birthday and will definitely be coming back.
