We are proud to present this menu as an homage to traditional Korean flavors elevated by the hand of gastronomic technique.     The service and food were superb. The vegetable side dishes were excellent and you and order half portions particularly if there are two of you dining. The seafood dishes were excellent particularly the scallops and the steelhead trout. Very manageable wine list with good price ranges.

    The two appetizers we had- a tuna sashimi gem salad and the asparagus with homemade gravlax and a half an egg- were fresh and delicious, melt in your mouth. Two of us had the classic chicken thighs with homemade mashed potatoes, juicy and tasty. I had the arctic char with homemade smashed potatoes… Amazingly fresh and tasty. Superfine’s standing commitment to organic, fresh vegetables and fresh organic fish and poulty (their steak is also great!).shines through every meal. The apple galette is delicious- homemade, flaky crust and yummy filling. Seevice was attentive and generous. Highly recommend and very good value for your money.
