Hi Neighbor!At Trestle, we remember a time, not too long ago, where people took pause to enjoy a meal in the presence of great company, giving it the reverence and respect deserved. We provide a dining experience served in courses, with the satisfaction and warmth found at a family gathering, creating the foundation to a proper meal. Every day we feature a changing 3 course prix fixe menu with choices on each course for $45/person. We will have an optional additional pasta course for $12/person. Unfortunately, we do not offer ala-carte options.We are able to accommodate vegetarian options nightly. We do our best to accommodate other allergies/restrictions based on the menu for that evening. Due to our limited spacing, we can accommodate parties of 8 or less only.

Park Tavern on Washington Square has long been a vibrant staple and foundation of the North Beach community. Now, under the helm of renowned American chef-partner Jonathan Waxman and fifth-generation San Franciscan James Nicholas, Park Tavern on Washington Square celebrates San Francisco’s vibrant dining scene with a fresh new era. The restaurant has several private dining options available for groups and parties. As a Bay Area native and one of the pioneers of “California cuisine” Chef Waxman leans into his roots, celebrating the region’s local ingredients showcased in simple, seasonal dishes. Guests can enjoy a menu including Yellowfin Tuna Crudo with avocado, blood oranges, and fresno chili salsa, Cavatelli with dungeness crab, lemon, and parmesan, and Kurobuta Pork Chop Milanese with new potatoes and pepperonata.     It was an outstanding experience at Gary Danko for our dinner! The staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful. The food was amazing: the chefs reached the perfect bliss point of all the flavor combinations and textures. It was a real pleasure! Special thanks to the bartender who did an amazing job crafting our cocktails. Another special thanks to Aaron who made a special trip to my house to deliver the bag with the desserts that we left at the bar rushing to get our Lyft. It was an amazing evening and we highly recommend Gary Danko. Thank you!

    I ate at Akiko’s for the lunch omekase and it was superb. I also had the sake pairings and they were original and well matched with the meal. The meal began with 5 courses of Otsumami, which were lovely small courses and not really what you would think of as sushi. They were all very tasty but the standout was the milk bread toast with toro and caviar. Then came 7 different courses of nigiri, each of one piece. They were all fresh and delicious. My favorite was the uni. But the melt in your mouth toro was the epitome of what toro should be. Even the green tea ice cream for dessert was especially good. I wasn’t cheap but I can’t wait to come back.

    Everything was great, the food was amazing. The restaurant was a bit loud, but that was ok due to the the quality of the food. My only issue and maybe I am being cheap or just used to a second cup of coffee complimentary but they changed everyone at the table for a second cup of coffee. But nothing was said, it was just assumed that we should know that. Again maybe just used to it, the wait staff should alert the customer if that is the case. Other than that it was a wonderful meal for my birthday.
