Guests can expect to indulge in Top Chef Canada alum Mayekar’s bold cooking, featuring creative flavour-packed dishes that highlight the unique spices from cuisines around the world with local ingredients, alongside Winnie Sun’s inventive, element-inspired and sustainability-driven cocktails.ELEM’s food menu is an exploration of flavours and spices from all corners of the world, including Bangkok, California, Spain, Mexico, Italy, and Mumbai – all inspired by Mayekar’s extensive travels and Indian heritage. There will also be a big focus on local BC-grown ingredients. Excellent service, great food, I love my steak and lobster, they serve it in perfect temperature. Great ambience. Highly recommended for a date😊. Definitely we’ll comeback with some friends. Great live music. We enjoyed our dinner. Very will oriented servers.

The restaurant had a casual setting. We went there for the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner buffets. The buffet had lots of options to fit everybody’s tastes. The food was excellent and the service was as well. Prices were very reasonable.

Went for dinner on Christmas Eve. Pretty small spot, but vibes were good, noise was perfect to have a pleasant conversation and not have to yell or struggle to hear across the table. Food was delicious and portions were pretty generous. The Katsu taco board was killer! Would recommend

Firstly, I appreciate a restaurant that actually takes reservations for brunch. The place was busy but service was very attentive. Food arrived in good time. We had the prohibition brunch which was hearty and great value. We will come back.
