The dining room is open Tuesday - Sunday starting at 5:30PM, and the bar and patio are open starting at 4PM Tuesday - Sunday. We offer an a la carte menu as well as a multi-course menu made up of 7-8 dishes, including vegetarian options, for $75. Happy Hour in the bar and patio is from 4-6PM.All of our dishes are prepared with locally grown produce & meats—a reflection of a farm-to-table philosophy that extends to our handmade pastas, cheeses, salumi, breads, vinegars & liqueurs.L'Oca d'Oro believes in ONE FAIR WAGE in the belief that lovingly prepared food & thoughtful service are best nurtured by ensuring that we meet the basic needs of our staff. South Texas Ice House, "Texas Cuisine" Products from the Texas Gulf to the Texas Hill Country."The huge snake logo on the outside of an otherwise nondescript building -- created by Bob "Daddy-O" Wade, best known for the oversize boots that front San Antonio's North Star Mall -- is your first hint that this place might be a bit, well, different. Inside, cowboy kitsch, 1950s diner decor, and Mexican folk art mingle, as do workers from the nearby county offices, local movers and shakers, and anyone else looking for terrific food that, like the decor, defies easy categorization.Call it South Texas gourmet.     This is the fourth time we have gone to Fabrik, and every meal has been truly fantastic. We did the 7 course menu and one of us did the wine pairing. Each course was a mix of fantastic seasonal flavors. The wine pairing was a perfect match to the dishes. The servers were knowledgeable about the food and the wine. This is a wonderful restaurant for celebrating a special occasion.

    We celebrared our anniversary here. The food and service was incredible! The cocktails are amazing and there wasn’t a single thing that we ordered that we didn’t love. The portions were the perfect size to allow you to try multiple things and everything tasted so fresh and elevated. Will definitely be coming back!

    If you are staying at the hotel, definitely eat at Laurel. The outside setting is beautiful the cocktails are delicious and we really enjoyed the charcuterie board. We also had octopus that was really good, salmon, shrimp scampi, and the duck.  I thought everything was a little too expensive but that’s just me. A $25 glass of wine that was yummy but was still $25.
