Our open kitchen showcases our chefs preparing fresh and local ingredients.When you join us for dinner, expect it to be a relaxing evening lasting a couple hours over several piatti (courses). Your table comes alive when we present a variety of large offerings on platters or bowls within easy reach of all.A classic Italian pranzo (dinner) usually beings with a variety of antipasti (hot and cold appetizers), followed by one or two primi (usually a hot pasta, risotto, gnocchi or zuppa). Next your table will share a secondi (entrees) served on a platter combined with your choice of contorni (vegetable side dishes). Italians often complete their meal with un dolce, un caffe, or un digestivo (dessert, espresso, liqueur or grappa).we only use fresh in house made pastas and sauces.

    We went there for a special Christmas dinner. There was a limited menu but our two meals were fantastic. The waiter went out of his way to be personable and ensure we had a memorable experience.

    Must say we started off on the wrong foot as we were seated 1/2 hour after our reservation time. We understand the staff can not always control this as patrons can sometimes overstay their welcome. The staff was wonderful, apologetic for the delay, keeping us informed about the progress and seated us as soon as possible. Then the enjoyment began. The staff continues to be attentive and informative. The food was amazing, and "The Grinch" a novel Christmas cocktail complemented the evenings fare The team won us over. It was a memorable evening and a way to celebrate my wife's birthday. We will definitely be back. We feel comfortable in recommending you try Bernadette's

    We have been to Darling numerous times for brunch and absolutely loved it so I suggested to my friends that we try it for dinner. It did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were also yummy. We will be back!
