GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm. Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool. Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. The wine list is set out chronologically, following the historic beginnings of wine to present day, with over 350 wines from classic producers to the New World, as well as acknowledging the root of viti-vinoculture with wines from Georgia, Armenia and Turkey.As well as the welcoming main dining room, Trivet has a terrace, wine bar and private dining space. We visited Gong bar on 27/11 at 16.00 - What a fabulous venue, with excellent service and a unique atmosphere. The whole experience was exceptional, and our Spanish waiter was brilliant with his recommendations and his service. We had a great time and would recommend anyone who is thinking of celebrating any occasion, special or not, going to this venue. One of the top venues in London with atmosphere, a great view and great service.

Ambience was festive and very beautiful. Staff friendly and knowledgeavble of menu. Food was fresh and lovely. Must try the turkey dinner it was lovely and filling. And the best thing of it all each person provided with a card for return
