The restaurant prides itself on showcasing seasonal ingredients along with their own Deer, Jersey Cows and Iberian Pigs which are reared by Chef/Owner Brett Graham. After a 2 year hiatus, The Ledbury reopened with a new look dining room and their own in house Fungarium. Only ever been for a Sunday toast before (which I love) This week I had the gnocchi and it was absolutely delicious. Service was fantastic too.
