Bouquet Restaurant is an upscale farm-to-table bistro that embraces local and sustainable farming as a cornerstone of our mission and utilizes the best products from over fifty farmers and purveyors. We specialize in made to order seasonal menu items and can accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions.We offer seating on both the first and second floor. Please let us know if guests have any mobility restrictions, as our second floor is only accessible by a flight of stairs. Patio and bar seating is first come first serve only.

The Aperture, the first full-scale restaurant project from Chef Jordan Anthony-Brown. The menu reflects the concept of Mediterranean mezze style dining, consisting of many small plates, rustic in nature and reflective of seasonality and creates a natural progression and flow for the dining experience. The Aperture’s menu reflects three fundamental tenets: intention, balance, and focus. The menu - and its individual dishes - are approached with the objective of putting critical thought into every component, eliminating the extraneous, and ensuring a natural flow across the menu. The culinary program is heavily influenced by the cuisine of the broader Mediterranean region and the simple, seasonal cooking of Southern France, Italy, Greece, and the Levant.Our menu changes often and with the seasons.     We had a late night dinner reservation, 10:00 on a Saturday night. We got there early and they were very accommodating and sat us promptly. Everyone one was lovely and very helpful. Our waiter, I cannot remember his name, was friendly and his descriptions of the entrees was spot on. The food was delicious as always. We never felt rushed. The ambiance was perfect. Via Vite never disappoints us! Thank you for making our evening so pleasant!

    Overall this was a very great experience. We have been here a few times and this is one of our favorite newer restaurants. The only downside to last night is they had some items unavailable due to lack of supply from their distributor.

    Jordan and his back of the house crew prepared amazing food. While Sam took care of us at the table. It was an incredible food & drink experience. I would recommend anyone looking for a food experience to try Aperture. You will not be disappointed. One of the best dinner spots in the city!!!

    Always delicious, relaxing, accommodating with great service. Never disappointed. Menu is creative and seasonal. Love the pick three option and we always do that to get a broader sampling of the chefs creations. Last night we got into a real traffic mess and were quite late and they were so gracious when we finally showed up!
