Serving inventive Japanese cuisine using the freshest seafood from Tokyo’s famed Tsukiji market and local New England fishermen, and borrowing influence from the streets of Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore, Bangkok and Bangladesh, Uni is the evolution of Ken Oringer’s intimate sashimi bar of the same name, which expanded into the former Clio space in 2016. MIDA is a South End neighborhood restaurant, inspired by the simplicity of classic Italian dishes . Our menu focuses on many regions of traditional Italian food and culture, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.Dinner is served Monday - Thursday, and Sundays from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM and Friday and Saturday from 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Patio reservations are available on a same day first come basis only. Please call the restaurant to secure patio seating. Patio availability is dependent on weather. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Season to Taste focuses on celebrating the seasonal bounty of New England by using fresh local ingredients while also incorporating influences from Southern home cooking and traditional European cuisine. With the open kitchen and craft-cocktail bar in the spotlight, Season to Taste is the perfect setting for a casual yet elevated dining experience. Our patio is open weather dependent and is availble on a first come first serve basis. We accept reservations via OpenTable for the main dining room for parties of up to 6. Bar Mezzana is a coastal Italian restaurant by Chef Colin Lynch at Ink Block in Boston’s South End, specializing in crudo and hand-made pasta. Signature dishes like Chicken Under a Brick, Grilled Octopus and Orecchiette with Sausage have become instant classics. Seasonal menu updates incorporate flavors from local farmers and purveyors.     Great food. Went there for the 7 pastas dinner and every plate was better than the previous one. Great place to go, the lighting, the food and the drinks are exceptional.

    Bar Mezzana never disappoints. We attended the Feast of the Seven Fishes offering. Everything was excellent. Really well formulated menu with perfect wine pairings. I didn’t think I liked smelts-they proved me wrong!

    It’s worth coming here just to experience one of Jackson Cannon’s very labor intensive signature drinks, such as the olive oil washed Standard Oil martini. After tasting one of these savory and silky flavor bombs, I’m hooked. Pairs perfectly with the mortadella skewer or bay scallop appetizer. Also Enjoyed the crunchy porchetta platter, will have to try the pastas next time. Place is a bit tricky to find the first time there, but from Eastern Standard look for the sign and follow the trail of little lights.
