A unique experience to the flagship Vespertine, we had a wonderful evening where each criteria of a conventional fine dining experience was impeccably addressed, but with the addition of artistry and creativity of menu signature to V. The experience at Openaire this morning was so such a lovely way to spend our first meal of 2025. The staff was very special . So warm , attentive , intentional and present ! We truly felt like guests in someone's home . The food matched the rest of the sweet vibe at Openaire . If we lived closer we would come more often . h and when we left they also greeted us a warm goodbye and showed appreciation for us coming.

The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. There are so many "fancy" restaurants in Los Angeles where the food is disappointing, but this was not one of them. Having known about Republique for many years and seeing it on many "best" lists I was prepared to be disappointed, but it met my expectations. My parents and I were very pleased with our meal, the service, and the ambience which is beautiful. It qualifies as one of the best restaurants we've eaten at in Los Angeles, and is deserving of its designation as one of LA's top restaurants.
