Submerse yourself in a dessert bar that will challenge your expectations by embracing acid, sweet, bitter, and savory all while extracting the nuances that truly makes them unique. Located at The Pearl, Nicosi only has only 20 seats that hug the kitchen, fostering one on one dialogue with the chefs. To best accomodate your experience, reservations are required. We are offer 2 seating times per night: 5:30 and 8:00. Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph and Chef de Cuisine Karla Espinosa will guide an intimate journey through every dish, its ingredients, what makes it special and why it has been chosen for the evening. We offer wine and cocktail pairings or non-alcoholic beverage pairings for each course. Because Nicosi is about delighting in the present, we have a no phone/photography policy and the menu will be revealed as you dine. We are able to accommodate most dietary aversions and special requests with 24 hour notice. Please allow 90 minutes for your visit. Guests 16 and up, please.

Restaurant Claudine, Carpenter Carpenter’s third establishment, resides in a remodeled home in the up-and-coming Government Hill neighborhood. The space offers snug tables surrounded by elegant hand-painted wallpaper, vintage chandeliers, and sentimental pictures of our namesake, Houston Carpenter’s grandmother, Claudine. We now offer lunch and dinner Tuesday-Sunday, with Tea Time on Saturday and Sunday morning's. Ida Claire is a funky, southern influenced restaurant & bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is notched up southern but has influences from different regions. You’ll most likely see dishes you’ve heard of before but with little twists here and there. Our sandwiches will be served on biscuits & we’ll have chicken & waffles on every menu. Brunch is obviously southern & will be a big part of what we do. The drinks are takes on classics like the Mint Julep but revved up & including a lot of house made ingredients.

    Our Nicosi experience - and it is an experience, not simply a meal - was outstanding from start to finish. Each course was expertly created and lavishly presented, all accompanied by an educational overview provided by our chef. The food and drinks were stunning and innovative. There is nothing else even remotely like Nicosi in San Antonio and I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. Worth the wait to get in - and worth every cent.

    We had an excellent experience!! The service was phenomenal. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and timed perfectly. The food was incredible. Such wonderful flavors! We especially enjoyed the snapper tartare, crab toast and pork chop. I enjoyed watching the kitchen at work as well. No one seemed frazzled or hurried. Highly recommend!

    Our server was great. He knew exactly what we needed! I had my 4.5 month old and he knew we needed our dinner to be somewhat quick. Great food overall and would come back again & again.

    Amazing meal as always. Excellent service and could not be happier. Tostadas are one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.
