We had a reservation for 7PM, got sat within five minutes of the reservation time. They were turning all walk ins away because they were completely booked. All of the food was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection. Our waiter Alfred was charming and diligent, everything just as we asked and checked in on us every time we were served (we ordered a lot of dim sum). The woman helping to refill waters and bus the tables was a complete machine, my water was never empty and watching her clear our dishes and the tables around us was truly impressive. We went for food of the highest quality, but what really makes me want to go back is the service we received. My girlfriend and I agreed that it probably was the best dining experience we’ve ever had.

For Valentines Day, my wife andI had the pleasure of dining at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House, located within the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The restaurant’s ambiance captures the vibrant essence of New Orleans, creating a lively yet intimate setting. The service was impeccable; our server was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with insightful recommendations. We began our meal with the fried oysters and gumbo—both appetizers were flavorful and set the tone for the evening. For the main course, I opted for the king salmon and mill grits-both packed with rich bold flavor My wife enjoyed the Carolina seafood jambalaya, a hearty dish brimming with perfectly cooked seafood and rich, spicy flavors.. Overall, Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House offers a dining experience that combines exceptional food, outstanding service, and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s a must-visit for anyone seeking a taste of New Orleans in the heart of Las Vegas.

The staff went above and beyond exceeded our expectations on many levels. We were taking a very important trip helping our daughter check off boxes on her bucket list and she’s in hospice. Unfortunately, she was turned off by the risotto which Mom and I tried. It was fabulous. The server all begged her to pick a different option And after some convincing by the server who was amazing she finally did and she loved it. He was on top of making sure her every need was Met along with the rest of us, but he knew that this was on her bucket list and I briefed him privately on what this trip was Him and the remaining staff went out of the way to make this the best meal we’ve ever had I’ve been in the food industry for over 25 years and this staff far exceeded my wildest dreams, extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and respectful, absolutely amazed, almost brought me and my wife to tears with the amount of care for her specifically he added some special touches along with this management approval. I’m sure when I asked to speak to the manager because service like this just doesn’t seem to exist anymore. She already knew who we were by name and he already knew what was going on. She also was amazing. She thanked me for taking time because unfortunately, there’s a lot of Karen’s and Ken’s out there That just wanna complain and I had to stress that they needed. Every expectation we ever had absolutely amazing experience I think I left the largest tip. I’ve left in probably 20 years because I couldn’t believe how amazing they were had hurt and smile. The whole time we got home and my princess absolutely passed out. She pushed herself too hard. She ate too much but she had an amazing evening. Thank you so much to the staff that we had at Hells kitchen You truly helped us check off one of my baby girls bucket list items cannot say enough nice things about them.
