Callie represents Chef Travis Swikard's debut solo project after spending a decade working alongside the esteemed Chef Daniel Boulud in New York City. The Chefs Counter was such an interesting experience! We loved watching the calm and well coordinated kitchen in action!! The five course menu was so delicious each dish very carefully made. There was no skimping on the quality or quantity of the food. For anyone who really likes a true culinary experience it is a unique table to watch the full kitchen work. We really loved it.

Probably the best taco I’ve ever had. Our server was knowledgeable and passionate. They accommodated us moving up our reservation. The drinks were amazing and I still dream about the carne asada taco. 11/10 would go back in a heartbeat.
