Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Midwest Italian restaurant focusing on house made pastas, utilizing vegetables from Chef Joe Frillman’s family farm. Our bakery and cafe serves La Colombe Coffee alongside an array of pastries and sandwiches crafted by Chef Leigh Omilinksy.Dinner reservations are available Tuesday - Sunday; we are closed for dinner service on Mondays. Our cafe operates from 7:00am - 3:00pm every day. Lunch is available from 11:00am - 2:00pm every day. We do not take lunch or cafe reservations, it is first come first served. Please note that there will be a 25% service charge applied to all bills. This goes to pay our staff equitably as well as provide health and other benefits not typically offered in restaurants.

Eden’s ever-evolving brunch, lunch, dinner and beverage menus focus on the use of high-quality and seasonal ingredients, with an approach based on simplifying the process that goes into crafting each dish. This focus produces robust, clean flavors to compliment the flowers and herbs from our on-site greenhouse that also add beauty to each dish. Our 20’ x 28’ greenhouse allows us to grow all year, reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing on-site, and it helps the local ecosystem by attracting pollinators. Our sustainability efforts also include composting organic material left over during food preparation. Free Parking is available and easily accessible in the private lot across the street from the restaurant.

    I took an old friend to Capital Grille tonight to celebrate his birthday. When making the reservation, I was asked if this was a special occasion. When we arrived, the table was tastefully decorated and a birthday card from the restaurant awaited. Our server, Shavon, was terrific and attentive. After a delicious dinner, a beautifully decorated desert tray and candle arrived. I could not have arranged a better two-person birthday party for my friend. Thanks 'Capital Grille'!

    Wildfire is always enjoyable. We always get the filet mignon trio and the cedar playing salmon and they are delicious. The cocktails are great too. Highly recommended!

    The food was excellent and the service amazing! My friend and I split the quinoa pancakes and the traditional breakfast so we had both sweet and savory. My friend is gluten free and dairy free but I am not so our server was so thoughtful and made up 2 plates of the traditional breakfast so that I could have the sourdough toast with butter and the cheddar dusted potatoes and my friend could have her gluten free toast and potatoes without the cheddar dust. ❤️ It all was very delicious!! Would highly recommend their brunch and we want to go back for dinner sometime soon as well!
