This was our first time at Stellar Jay, and we were delighted with everything. Our server Preston was very gracious and attentive - he had a wonderful sense of how we wanted to be served. The manager Rhea (we had met before during a tour of the Populus, which they run on Thursdays) came over to say hello - she was lovely and calm. This beautiful restaurant was nearly full on a Monday night. The food was fantastic - the two of us split an appetizer (mushroom tempura), entree (steak skewers) and vegetable (beets). Everything was delicious. We were surprised at how big the portions were and ended up taking leftovers home, which the staff not only kindly boxed but labeled and bagged.

We live out of state and wanted to take my mom out to a great dinner while we were in Denver. We went there with high expectations based on the reviews and my wife being from northern Italy and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and food. Our tajarin con conigelio was one if the highlights of the evening.

Panzano Restaurant is the ultimate best expierence when it comes to the bestbitalian food in Denver. It doesn't get any better then this. From the service as soon as you walk in to the food that enters the table. It blows my mind coming from a Chef myself that they can produce the highest quality dining expierence in all of Denver. Please do not sleep on this restaurant/expeierence. I always continue to show my support to this restaurant and there menu changes seasonally. I don't know how they do it but I love sitting at the chefs counter and watching masters at their craft. Pasta Mondays are the best idea! We made a reservation about a month and a half in advance. Definitely worth it as I overheard there was a 2 hour wait at 7:00pm. Food was delicious, service was great. Will be back.

This is extremely splurge-worthy. The service was some of the best we've ever had. Great options across the board, super creative drinks and food, beautiful setting. House made focaccia was beyond delicious. For gluten-free guests, they work hard to provide you lots of options too. We'll definitely be back, and if you haven't tried it yet, you should!
