Offering a 4 course tasting menu in the front dining room and a 7 course tasting menu in the communal chefs kitchen table. Service is provided entirely by the Rojas Family. The family will prepare the food from scratch, explain it and serve it. The menu showcases dishes of Michoacan, Mexico featuring both traditional and international ingredients, flair and flavors. Starting off, the craft cocktails we amazing, and our server was able to make suggestions to change the type of alcohol in a drink since I don’t like bourbon. For appetizers we had Scarlet Bites and the Elote dip. The bites were crispy with enough sauce to add spice, but not drown them. Served with a Boursin Ranch that I didn’t need, but it was so good you need to try it. The elote dip was creamy with lots of flavor! I could eat it with a spoon, but the chips they serve with it adds to the goodness! I had the stuffed poblano and my wife had the short ribs. Everything was cooked perfectly with lots of flavor! My taste buds were overjoyed. I will be back.
