FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. We have been to Rothman's many times and always enjoy our experience. The food is always excellent. My personal preference is the porterhouse. Our server was amazing, very attentive, kind and courteous. It was our wedding anniversary, and it was so nice that this was recognized. It makes it extra special. Just a suggestion if booking for an anniversary or birthday, request main dining room. It's much more romantic and livelier.
