Insignia once again never disappoints! Alex was an absolute pleasure as usual. The steak was cooked perfectly, the sides were delicious. The chef’s execute perfect attention to detail when they cook their amazing food! Alex always goes above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. He truly is the best of the best and an asset to this awesome restaurant! The food and the staff and the reason why Insignia is my absolute favorite restaurant on Long Island!
