Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi.     We have been to brunch many a time at BC Bistro and love it, but this was our first time there for dinner and on Valentine’s Day! We have heard that on Valentine’s Day many restaurants are overly crowded and rushed along, however, this was not the case at BC Bistro! We were greeted with smiles and met with kindness from all the staff. Our waiter was excellent and let us take our time to enjoy our evening out of dinner and drinks. The food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was wonderful! BC Bistro really made our Valentine’s Day so special! ❤️ We will definitely be coming back soon!

    Always leaving King Umberto satisfied. Never disappointed! We have gone as a couple and have also taken the family there. Will make this one of our regular dinner spots. You won't be disappointed!

    I loved everything about Copperhill. The food presentation was not only beautiful, but the entree was amazing. The atmosphere was peaceful and the service was excellent. I enjoyed every moment. Will definitely be my go to restaurant in the future.
