This restaurant is always a treat. There is usually a jazz combo performing, and on this Friday night, it also featured a singer performing standards from the American Song Book. It makes a nice atmosphere for dinner. The patio was a little chilly this night, but the staff, without being asked, thoughtfully seated us in a room with a fireplace adjacent to the patio where it was quieter, but we could still hear the music well. The food selections are good here, and there is a very good wine list, including wines "on tap" which are reasonably priced, always fresh, and good. It's a southwest style menu, with good variety and vegetarian options. The staff is great here, and they cheerfully modify menu items to suit your taste. And Hacienda del Sol is such a beautiful resort with its wonderful garden entry, valet parking, and historic charm.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely lunch at Vivace. I have a couple of dietary restrictions and our waiter was so very helpful and understanding with making adjustments to my choices. Since I cannot tolerate canola oil, he made a salad dressing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar which was wonderful. He also assured me there was no canola oil in the entree I ordered and adjusted the ingredients as I requested. He made certain our meals met our expectations. We enjoyed the bread pudding which he kindly split for us. Thanks for a lovely birthday lunch!

Went early so we could see the 5:30 sunset from our window table. It was worth adjusting our timing. Our waiter, Nick, was amazing. The food was wonderful and we enjoyed every moment and every bite.

We had lunch at Villa Peru to celebrate our anniversary. We had an amazing meal, every bite was delicious! The service was superb. The decor is tasteful and unusual. We will go back to Villa Peru!

excellent prefix dinner choices- all 3 of us had the sea bass, one had issues 24 hours after with the fish, he told me at home it had a smell to it when served; this is our go-to -place for special events-sadly the table next to us had 6 very loud customers, they were definitely not respectful of other customers, most of them traveled from out of state and had no clue re: fine dining courtesies to close neighbors, they made the bistro attendees look way ore respectful of other customers- overall, was a nice place for a dinner, Mo
