Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine.     My husband and I had the pleasure of celebrating Valentine's Day at Communion, and it was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to OpenTable's 'Notify Me' feature, we secured a last-minute reservation, setting the stage for a perfect evening. Our server, Christina, recommended the pork chop—a dish I don't usually prefer. However, it was a revelation: juicy, perfectly cooked, and accompanied by a harmonious blend of sauces. As someone who has won first place in a Michelin-star cooking competition among friends, I can confidently say this dish was exceptional. Christina's attentive service and warm demeanor enhanced our evening, making our Valentine's celebration truly special. Communion is a gem in Seattle's dining scene, and we look forward to our next visit.

    First time to Pink Door and it did not disappoint! Everything we had was fabulous, the service was great as was the atmosphere! I felt at times I was in the 50’s with the decor and music which was fun! They even had real candles! We will definitely be returning!
