The food was good. Not blow you out of the water great or anything. Service was just ok. There was nothing extra like talking about specials or asking if we had been before. No suggestions. We got sat with menus. Asked about what kind of water we wanted. Then later came back and asked if we were ready to order. During the meal I think one time the server stopped by to make sure everything was ok. I had to ask for a refill on my water as it had been empty for a while. They also auto-gratuity at 20% so maybe that is why the servers don’t feel they have to go above and beyond. We were a party of 2 so was shocked to see the auto on there.

We went last night for a post - valentine dinner & it was amazing. From the minute you step into the lobby and get greeted from the kindest host, to being sat down at our table & having an amazing server. Alex was our server and he made our night unforgettable. He went above & beyond and answered all our questions, also made sure to let us know which plates or drinks had any type of nuts in it due to my man having allergies. The restaurant was breathtaking. The food was delicious & the drinks were just the cherry on top. It was our first night here & we will definitely be back to ask for Alex. Thanks again for a great night & experience!

We had an amazing time at Charley’s in Orlando on I-Drive. From the moment we can in service was great. We a drink at the bar during the short wait for our table. Jonathan the bartender was on great, the person who sat us meet us at the bar and escorted us to our table; helping us with our drinks. Our server Raeshel was awesome; great service. Server assistant/ bus boys frequently check on you also; and the manager stops by your table to check your steak is cooked to perfection (which it was - amazing). The food was incredible. Best steak - perfectly chargrilled on the outside and pink on the inside. Get the cheddar bacon mash - you’ll thank me!

From start to finish, the meal was amazing. Our server, Gregory, was top notch. He was extremely attentive, made great suggestions and definitely played along with our interactive group. The standouts were the Lobster bisque, Lobster/shrimp pasta, and the waygu filet. It creates such a wonderful experience to watch someone finish the Alfredo & surf and turf right in front of the table… it’s one of the many reasons we live this place. We will absolutely be back!!

My only complaint is reservations. We had a 630 reservation, but were not seated until 7 (and that was after I complained). The lady at the front desk said their reservations only means they won’t take additional walk ins at that time. But you still have to send a wait around for a table. That’s exactly what we were trying to avoid. But I service was nice and very good. The manager did walk around the room and check with customers at the tables. So, 4 out 5.
