While we had to wait nearly 20 mins after our reservation time to be seated, the bar is lovely and we enjoyed two espresso martinis. Once seated, our server Troy was excellent. He clearly knew the menu and spirits well but was timely, kind, and efficient. He came around at perfect intervals and paced our meal appropriately. We started with the oysters which were large and flavorful. I had the sea bass which was perfectly cooked and served in a saffron broth which was delicious. My husband had the NY strip which was thicker than expected, served with the most delightful whipped potato and cooked to perfection. The side of asparagus was good as well.
