Situated in the Red Rocks country 17 miles southwest of Denver on Hwy 285, The Fort is a true replica of Bent's Fort, (1833-1849), the first American fur trade post in Colorado. The Cheyenne, Arapahoe, Kiowa and Pawnee traded and intermarried at Bent's Old Fort, creating an economic and peaceful exchange of cultures in an otherwise violent West. The Fort building is on the National Registry of Historic Places, and celebrates the many cultures that traded at Bent's Old Fort. Food was lovely, vibe was great - active and vibrant but service was slow, as others have noted, and drink orders took quite a long time. Overall glad it’s there, but hopefully service, though very kind, will improve the speed.

EL FIVE was a great place for my son's birthday. The ambiance and food were amazing. And staff were all so attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable about the menu. The chef sent out some incredible dishes to our table. CATY was a fantastic server, knowledgeable and great personality to make our experience top notch.

Panzano Restaurant is the ultimate best expierence when it comes to the bestbitalian food in Denver. It doesn't get any better then this. From the service as soon as you walk in to the food that enters the table. It blows my mind coming from a Chef myself that they can produce the highest quality dining expierence in all of Denver. Please do not sleep on this restaurant/expeierence. I always continue to show my support to this restaurant and there menu changes seasonally. I don't know how they do it but I love sitting at the chefs counter and watching masters at their craft. Shootout to everybody that makes it happen....Stephen Temple "chef de cuisine lakewood Country Club".

This is extremely splurge-worthy. The service was some of the best we've ever had. Great options across the board, super creative drinks and food, beautiful setting. House made focaccia was beyond delicious. For gluten-free guests, they work hard to provide you lots of options too. We'll definitely be back, and if you haven't tried it yet, you should!
