Service attentive and friendly, food came on time, high quality food, they make perfect our special occasion, truly unique and beautiful ambience. Ivan when above and beyond and respond to our questions from the drinks and menu and Maribel as well was always ahead providing us our table needs!! My sister and I took our parents to Bacan to celebrate my Mom's 65th birthday. I did tell the staff discreetly when we arrived and everyone made the event wonderful for her. All the food was wonderful, the presentation of each dish was artful and everything tasted amazing. It was a perfect celebration meal and they made her feel like a queen. Highly recommend.

Excellent as always… great views, superior service, broad wine selection, and the lamb chops were amazing! If you are staying at the Hyatt at the airport it is very convenient and highly recommended, we look forward to Hemispheres every time we come to Orlando.
