One Barrel has prepared intriguing gourmet dinner menus that will delight foodies as well as those of you who just love good-tasting food. We're confident you wont get bored with our selections; we will be serving a rotating seasonal menu with daily specials. The One Barrel standards will allow nothing less than fresh, high-quality offerings, including Colorado ingredients as much as possible. Due to Covid-19 we will do our best to have all we can in stock but our menu will be limited and on first come first serve. Izakaya Den is Denver’s popular Japanese gastropub, modeled after the lively after hours establishments found throughout Japan. The restaurant is located on South Pearl Street and is the second restaurant of the Kizaki brothers, founders and owners of Sushi Den. The menu is arranged in a tapas style, serving traditional Japanese small plates along with dishes infused with international flavors and textures. Again, as always, the food is the star here. There is truly no better (some as good) sushi in Denver or a many, even hundreds of miles mile radius. On this particular night, the crowd was bigger and louder than usual and the service perhaps struggled a bit to keep up with the volume. Usually the ambience is a little more peaceful and the design/decor elements are quite lovely. We go back again and again for the amazing foo, that while pricey, is Incredible. As strange as it sounds for a land-locked state, we have eaten all over the world and will always hold Sushi/Izakaya Den as the gold standard.

A lasting favorite place with excellent service and good food. Both of our pastas seemed a bit salty, but not sure if that was with lots of added parmigiana. Early dinner hour was great because we could have a comfortable conversation with old friends without busy commotion of other guests around. Recommend highly!

This is extremely splurge-worthy. The service was some of the best we've ever had. Great options across the board, super creative drinks and food, beautiful setting. House made focaccia was beyond delicious. For gluten-free guests, they work hard to provide you lots of options too. We'll definitely be back, and if you haven't tried it yet, you should!
