Trinity reopened in October 2015 with the same ethos, culture and team whilst recreating a new and refreshing backdrop - retaining its sophistication and remaining a restaurant of significance in Clapham. An alfresco dining area accommodates 16 guests, the dining room seating 40 guests that now have a clear view into an open plan kitchen with banquette seating surrounded by the soft hues of jade green and dusty heather pink. Staying true to his style of cookery, the new menu will focus on Adam’s interpretation of great classics in a relaxed and approachable setting. The kitchen presents a four course a la carte menu for a set price of £70 for lunch and £120 for dinner. The wine list continues to offer great value with the Chef's Cellar List (just add VAT and corkage), increasing both our quantity and quality and a overall extension to the main wine list of up to 400 bins now on display in the feature wine cellar on the ground floor.

Situated on level 33 of The Shard, Hutong at The Shard serves the fascinating and diverse cuisines of Northern China and is based on the much-loved restaurant of the same name in Hong Kong. Hutong at The Shard’s cuisine takes its inspiration from the dishes served in the imperial palaces of what was then Peking. Based on the ‘Lu school’ cuisine of Shandong Province, the menu artfully captures the subtlety and surprises of Northern Chinese cooking. A cocktail selection inspired by ingredients used in traditional Chinese medicine and stunning interior, complete with traditional Chinese red lanterns and beautiful hand-carved wood-panelled ‘Moon Gates’, offer London diners a new destination restaurant with panoramic views over London’s skyline. We had lunch on a Monday. Welcoming and attentive staff, with a pleasant manner about them. The menu was interesting, and choosing was difficult. We thought the dishes were beautifully presented and cooked perfectly. The ambience was relaxed. It's clearly not the cheapest place to have lunch, but if you fancy something a bit special, I'd recommend this place wholeheartedly.

This is hands down the best experience in Japanese cuisine . We booked a table for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner and from start to finish the service was outstanding, we were welcomed and accommodated by the lovely staff who looked after us the entire time . The menu is amazing with so many unique dishes , the cocktails were also very interesting and my boyfriend enjoyed them a lot! The ambiance and decor is very nice , kind of made me feel we were at a private dinning event , which made our evening even more special. We will definitely be going back ! Thank you for having us , Luana
