Situated inside the Lighthouse Hotel in Pacifica, Moonraker serves lunch, dinner and happy hour!A large selection of fresh seafood dots the Moonraker menu with items like Dungeness crab, Chef's selection of oysters and ahi poke. Other options from "the land" include pot roast, steak, chicken parmesan and a vegetarian tagine. The chef makes a lot of the offerings gluten free, like crispy calamari and coconut prawns. Located next to the Pacifica Beach Hotel, this restaurant serves thoughtfully prepared dishes in a vibrant setting. Upscale Mexican food in the sunset district. Authentic taste and flavors but spice level is scaled down for clientele. Nothing very spicy. Still, food was tasty! Good ambience, excellent service. Clean throughout. This is definitely not the mission district experience, if that’s what you’re looking for. But very good authentic food in a clean, upscale pleasant environment. Not a taqueria!

My boyfriend and I both said this was the best dining experience we've had this year. Service could not have been better and the food was delicious and served promptly. We had the coconut prawns as an appetizer and they were scrumptious. Beautiful coastal views! We will be back.
