Wonderful experience, easy to get to location in Marais, and the menu is classic but with a modern twist. We had the onion soup to start, deep flavor on the broth, delicious. For the main, the beef bourguignon had a great smoky flavor from the charred rosemary (a nice twist) as was the 7 hours braised lamb which is served with a celery root puree and spinach (it really was a great way to serve it deconstructed) Save room for dessert, the seasonal Mont Blanc was delicious (the modern take again) The service was excellent, very hospitable team, Christine was very attentive and had great suggestions when we asked. We will be back, thank you for making it a memorable dining experience.

We all had filet de boeuf mine was not cooked saignant as I asked, it was quite a bit over. The waiter acknowledged it and gave us complimentary tea and coffee which is a nice gesture but value wise was nowhere near the pricey steak.

We were very well looked after, food was brilliant, service great. Highly recommend!
