Amazing experience end to end. We booked online and requested a GF menu and a “quieter” table as our party is hard of hearing. The staff were super attentive to the requests and sat us in a private room with 3 other tables and were very consultative about GF options. Drinks, service and entrées were all fantastic, but it was truly the staff and service that made it most memorable! Our server, Patrick was phenomenal, funny and soooo considerate/genuine. Also, a shout out to the hostesses and valet crew. We left in a snow storm and an employee was positioned out in the intersection and waived at us with a flashlight to alert us that our headlights needed to be turned on - again, AMAZING to have such a caring staff and crew end to end. Strong work, Team Shanahan!

Love dining at Venice. The eggplant apoetizer is a delicious start to the meal and we’ve never ordered an entree we didn’t enjoy. Nice selections on the wine list as well. We never get to dessert because we are stuffed but the dessert menu looks amazing aalso. The service is always outstanding. Everyone is so kind and friendly. The service is top notch.

Our server, Noah, rocked! Since we were celebrating my hubby's birthday, we were not in a hurry and Noah timed everything very well. The Crab Cakes appetizer was full of crabmeat and not much stuffing, making them flavorful and tasty. They paired nicely with our bourbon cocktails. The Grilled Romaine Salad is always my favorite. The King Crab & Corn Bisque soup could use a little more crab but it was delicious. The Filet's were cooked perfectly and was very tender. The Jalapeno Au Gratin Potatoes are always our favorite and the Brussels Sprouts were tender and the bacon added great flavor. The wine list has several unique wines that you don't see on a regular basis, such as the Twomey Pinot which paired perfectly with our meal.

A Cozy Christmas Delight at Fireside Bar and Grill During the “Blazing Bright at the Inverness” event, my friend and I enjoyed a heartwarming evening sipping hot cocoa at Fireside Bars and Grills. The ambiance was enchanting, blending holiday cheer with the magic of beloved Christmas films. The hot cocoa, rich and velvety, was the perfect companion as we soaked in the festive spirit. Every corner of the venue transformed into a cinematic wonderland, making us feel like part of the stories themselves. Fireside Bars and Grills is a must-visit for anyone looking to embrace the season in the coziest and most delicious way possible!
