A unique cross between a chop house and Crudo bar, Hook & Ladder features Certified A5 Japanese wagyu beef that will melt in your month. Dry aged Steak offerings including 32 days dry aged Porterhouse (28oz), 32 days aged Tomahawk Ribeye (40oz) that will taste decidedly beefy, much like a rare roast beef, while also taking on subtler hints of other delicious flavors. It just keeps getting better! The Bastilla appetizer is a huge and gorgeous round of filo dough filled with a chicken/egg/almond mix spiced pefectly with cinnamon & turmeric. It comes on a bed of Israeli (large pearl) couscous with dried fruit and harissa, and it could have been my main course if I hadn't also been craving the cassoulet. My wife had the roasted beets first (outstanding!). Her main course (halibut) was "the best piece of fish I've ever had" - meaty but light and moist, and quite generous. Equal attention to guests and details are routine for the staff, so it was just another perfect Saturday night out.

I have eaten at Redstone's 4 times within the past year. My favorite dish is the chopped salad with rotisserie chicken! I have never been disappointed with anything I have gotten at Redstone's. Drinks are always well made and portion size for food is good, and prices are reasonable. Thank you!
