Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. Girardi’s Osteria is a family owned and operated Italian restaurant. It opened in 1999 and has been an Edmonds landmark ever since. Girardi's is cozy yet elegant, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food is wonderful and represents many different flavors of Italy as well as some fusion creations. The Thanksgiving dinner was amazing! The three courses along with wine pairing were nicely paced and beautifully presented. The turkey was moist and tender and the sides of root vegetables, stuffing, roasted brussel sprouts, cranberry sauce and sauteed mushrooms were thoughtfully prepared and complimented the main. Dessert was pumpkin pie along with an assortment of small cakes. Overall, the food and service were outstanding and the portions generous. This might just become a new family tradition!

The grits and mushroom small plate was outstanding. The ribeye steak is always the best choice. Wild boar gnocchi was also impressive

This is such a wonderfully consistent dining experience. The fresh sheet presents special treats to alternate or complement a varied menu. We had a fabulous filet, cooked perfectly. Attentive staff just add to a very pleasant evening.
