The menu is mostly modern American cuisine, but there is also an extensive wine and beer list.The four-cheese lasagna at Market Grille is very good. Peppercorn’s Grill is owned and operated by the Cialfi siblings, Sal and Dino, Brothers Sal and Dino purchased Peppercorn's Grill in 1989 and opened Piccolo Arancio in 1994. This generation of Cialfi's has added modern creativity and personality to traditional strengths of their Italian roots. Sal and Dino were trained in the art of Italian food at their uncle's restaurant in Rome. When the opportunity to open a restaurant arose, they jumped at the opportunity and opened the first Piccolo Arancio in Rome. Piccolo Arancio was internationally acclaimed within their first year. Now operated by their cousins, Piccolo Arancio remains near the Trevi Fountain in Rome. Peppercorn's Grill received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 10 years.

    Valentines weekend dinner. Traditionally a very busy weekend. We were seated in a room normally used for large parties but that was in use for the weekend. It made for a very cozy enjoyable experience. Our server, Kayla, was very knowledgeable and attentive. Food was amazing. Fresh bread and shrimp cocktail with jumbo shrimp to start. Perfect crab bisque-so delicious! Husband had the Rib Eye, which was cooked to perfection, along with Yukon mashed potatoes and creamed corn with bacon. I had the lobster tail with the Yukon mashed potatoes and creamed corn with bacon. Too full for dessert! Perfect evening from start to finish. Very pleasant staff and wonderful food. Highly recommend!

    This was a great night at the Mill for Vday. My wife and I had reservations for 8:00pm. Although we weren't seated right away the wait wasn't no more than 10 minutes as they were very busy with sold out reservations throughout the evening/night. While we waiting they came around with complimentary champagne for everyone, it was great. Food and menu were top tier and we enjoyed ourselves. I have known this restaurant for years since I was a child, so I have never been disappointed.

    We had a wonderful pre-theater meal at Trumbull Kitchen. Megan was the hostess when we arrived and was terrifically accommodating on our request for a table in a specific location. The service was excellent, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our dinners. Everything tasted as beautifully as it looked. It's a wonderful place to go for a drink or dinner before the theater. My only less-than-enthusiastic comment was that the restaurant was very loud made worse by music playing way too loudly in my opinion. It makes it a challenge to have good conversation over dinner.
