We bought La Casa della Pasta in 2017 and moved from our home in the Langhe in Piedmont, located in the northwest of Italy to the sunshine state. We have always been passionate about food and wine and would like to share the authentic Italian cuisine we know and love with you! While our time at La Casa della Pasta is just beginning, we have spent many years in the restaurant industry and are eager to share our delicious food with you!     We had a great Christmas meal. Three of us enjoyed an appetizer, the 1905 tableside salad, and entrees. Two had fish - both were delicious. The only disappointment was the special Christmas dinner pork meal, which was dry and barely lukewarm as if it had been sitting waiting for the others. The service was stellar - friendly, informative, knowledgeable, timely, but allowed us to enjoy the experience over a period of time without feeling rushed even though the place was jam packed.

    Our family truly enjoyed our dining experience on Christmas Eve. The food was delicious and the wait staff were polite, attentive, and friendly. The piccata grouper melted in my mouth, the lamb chops were tender, and the sushi was incredibly fresh and tasty. Definitely will be coming back.

    Fabulous food and beautiful atmosphere. Service with Simon and the General Manager were Andrew very attentive. Prices were high (everywhere is) but for this special occasion it was worth it. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas Eve luncheon 🎄✨🥰

    Had a great anniversary dinner and CW's. They had live music and overall it's a very subtle, ambient, classy mood. Nick was our server, and he gave great dinner suggestions and made sure our water's were never more than half empty. Drinks are pretty fairly priced, and the food is expensive, however it's worth it as everything we ate was delicious. I highly recommend the ribeye steak sandwich!
