Kasahara in Tokyo serves its food on iron plates in a stylish and relaxed setting that includes beds, sofas and a bathtub as part of the d_cor. The establishment features an intimate 28-seat setting. The menu at Kasahara changes regularly and is a blend of French and traditional Kappo cuisine.     Very expensive, but then its Kobe Steak. Spartan private cubicle each, excellent service. Ordered al la cart- 400g ribeye about$350……ordered nigiri , one rice, one fries , 3 glasses wine….. bill about$500 We felt the wine was a small amount, and the “veg “ that we paid extra for was absurdly small.. It was all about the experience of eating Kobe steak and we loved it as it was a very special occasion.

    We visited Sougo on our first night in Tokyo. We had heard it was excellent, and it truly surpassed all our expectations. The ambience, the quality and favor profile of the food, the drinks, the attention to every small detail, the service, the extremely welcoming staff and chef: everything was perfection. The value for money for the quality you get is amazing! We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend dining there while in Tokyo!

    東京に行くと必ず寄るレストランです。シェフが変わっても創意工夫の味と雰囲気は変わりません。アレルギーや不得手な食材も事前に細かい確認が来て、コース料理にもかかわらず細かく対応してもらえるのがうれしいです。次回が楽しみです。
