Itihaas restaurant in Birmingham is one stunning eaterie. This beautiful restaurant —the name means ‘history’ -- is the £2 million brainchild of businessman Raj Rana and it’s been raking in awards since it opened its doors. Visited this place with my wife, we were quickly seated and greeted with a warm welcome. They honored my request for a booth seating. The food was good, we had steak and salmon, the service was efficient without being overbearing or rushed. My wife enjoyed it and we will definitely return

I have visited the Taverna once before a couple of years ago the food was delicious so I decided to return for my birthday. Very pleasant welcome the waitresses were very polite and friendly. The food didn’t take too long to be served maybe around 25 mins. Absolutely delicious mixed grill for two. We were stuffed and couldn’t finish it all. I’ve been to Greece 3 times and loved the food so I was happy to find this Taverna to enjoy the Greek experience at home.

I absolutely loved my first visit here. I've lived in Birmingham 27 years and never seen my city from such a hight. a real thrill and a window table made it truly special especially on a clear night. Food and service in particular were impeccable
