Located on Charleston's Upper King Street, Indaco (Italian for "indigo") serves rustic Italian cuisine. From the moment we entered the door, we were welcomed so warmly and lead to the best table in the house. Service was incredible and Grace stopped by a few times to check in on us too. The Brussels were absolutely incredible as well the scallops, Crab Louie and grits. Can’t wait to go back again soon. It was the perfect place to take our friend who was visiting from Boston. Sat at the bar for apps and cocktails. Both were great and the bartender Nathan was outstanding. Super friendly and outgoing and knew the drink menu inside and out.

Menu items and restaurant week offerings were varied and appealing. Service was prompt and attentive. Brussels sprouts were tasty but a little heavy on the bacon and cheese. Salmon entrée was good, and meatball appetizer tasty albeit a bit overly sauced. Dessert Blondie was a delicious highlight and carrot cake was pretty good, but mild.
