For Dinner, you will find bistro comfort classics along with seasonally inspired dishes or try one of the Chef's daily specials. Pair everything and anything with a well crafted seasonally inspired cocktail, local craft beer or choose from our rotating selection of wine. Juliette offers several dining options including a beautiful indoor garden, cozy wine room and lively bar area. This is Butcher & Banker, a new "steakeasy" at the crossroads of Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, Javits Center and Hudson Yards.Butcher & Banker is no ordinary steakhouse. A dozen different steaks are on offer, but non-steak eaters will dine exceedingly well here.Butcher & Banker pays homage to the New Yorker Hotel’s storied history. The New Yorker opened in 1930 at the height of the Great Depression as the then largest hotel in the city. It has attracted a who’s who of entertainers and dignitaries from around the world, including Muhammad Ali, JFK, Joan Crawford and Nikola Tesla. Beneath the hotel, a bank vault and offices were occupied by the Manufacturers Trust Company until 1980. With the opening of Butcher & Banker, the public can see the vault for the first time in 37 years.

The dinner was spectacular in every way. Hygge in New York! The atmosphere was cozy, congenial and filled with Christmas cheer. Flowers and soft candle light everywhere. The punterelle salad was perfectly dressed with ample anchovies, the sea bream en papillote was tender and infused with deep flavor. Add a perfectly balanced negroni sbagliatto to start and the evening was perfect.

A fun and beautiful old French bistro look with surprisingly roomy dining rooms. You are not jammed close to other dinners which we appreciated. Moules were truly excellent, modestly customized for us and full of fresh herbs. Very plump and delicious. The roasted carrots could be a meal in their own, a well conceived dish with ricotta and herbs. Salmon was delightful with peas asparagus and other fresh veggies, very summery though it is winter now. Have looked at Juliette from the outside many times and walked on, but am so glad I finally gave it a chance, it’s a winner (and excellent hardworking staff too! )

Always on top, great food quality, cocktails list very interesting “la Matta “ a secret cocktails was my favorite. The wine list is all natural and by the glass Love it Amazing Barolo!!!

Fabulous dinner and drinks on the lovely sidewalk cafe! Excellent service, too. Highly recommend the French 85 and Oui Mademoiselle cocktails. The truffle gnocchi is outstanding! The lava cake, bread pudding and crème brûlée each received rave reviews. Highly recommend!
