Lido Restaurant at The Surf Club celebrates its place as the best oceanfront dining experience in the Miami Beaches. The Surf Club's once fabled ballroom, is now a destination for thoughtful Italian culinary; from crudos including Tonno al Tartufo Nero, made-in house pastas like Pacchero "alla Lido", to famed entrées like Branzino al Vapore.On Sundays we offer a Brunch Buffet experience with available seating on the Oceanfront Terrace or inside the Champagne Bar. We love Sugarcane and have eaten there a few times. The food is delicious and we love that there is outdoor as well as indoor seating. There is only one thing that keeps us from even going more often, and it’s the loud Spanish music that’s always playing outdoors. If you’re Hispanic and enjoy that kind of music I’m sure it’s enjoyable but if you’re not into Spanish music it’s too much. It would be nice to have more variety in their soundtrack to appeal to non-Spanish guests. I don’t really consider Sugarcane to be a Latin restaurant with so much sushi on the menu and really having a varied menu so it not that appropriate to have just Spanish music playing loudly during the entire visit. Besides that it’s great!
