Set in 22 acres of stunning parkland Paris House is located on the Duke of Bedford's Estate in Woburn. Paris House blends modern culinary techniques with traditional foods to create a 6 course tasting menu. Paris House was originally built in 1878 in Paris. At the end of the 19th Century the timber framed building was dismantled and shipped piece by piece to its current home in the stunning grounds of Woburn Park. In January 2014 Paris House was bought by the businesses’ award winning Executive Chef Phil Fanning. The restaurant is managed as a family business by Fanning and his wife Claire.The restaurant’s tasting menus are based around dishes constructed with natural flavour combinations using the best seasonal produce available. Lussmanns is the best restaurant in Hitchin. If you have a special occasion or just fancy treating yourselves it’s the place to go. Knowledgeable attentive wait staff, lovely wines, quiet by busy ambience with a seasonally changing menu with intriguing and delicious dishes. New visitors to Hitchin will love the location - on the ancient Sun Street.

9 widows & 1 widower all met for Afternoon Tea. What a lovely experience. Food was good & place was lovely. Parking excellent. Will definitely return. Only comment would be. . .. scones could be better
