Lussmanns is the best restaurant in Hitchin. If you have a special occasion or just fancy treating yourselves it’s the place to go. Knowledgeable attentive wait staff, lovely wines, quiet by busy ambience with a seasonally changing menu with intriguing and delicious dishes. New visitors to Hitchin will love the location - on the ancient Sun Street.

Paris House is wonderful. From the moment you drive into the deer park to the moment you leave, it is simply a treat. The menu is always different, the tastes and flavours are fascinating and inventive. Service is friendly but unobtrusive. We have been coming to Paris house several times every year for birthdays and special occasions for quite a few years now and hope to go on doing so.

Another delicious meal at the Swan with my brother. Good food with great service.

We had a three course meal including the spring roll, steak, and cheesecake. It was all lovely and the service, by Holly, was exceptional !
